Very local and down to earth. Despite my total lack of the language we were made extremely welcome and accommodated for.A small but excellent menu catering for most tastes. A great restaurant, fabulous staff with many local patrons which in my mind really makes the experience.

An inn to be discovered, breathtaking views but above all the genuineness of the cuisine and Oscar-worthy, impeccable rooms, with a soccer, tennis and basketball court, compliments to the staff and a goodbye to the chef, I will definitely be your guest again, thanks for everything, (exquisite in the cuisine and in the soul).

Returning from Urbino, my friend Fausto and I decide to have dinner in Fratte Rosa with the hope of being able to taste a dish based on the famous Fratte Rosa broad bean. By pure chance we ended up in the Locanda della Ravagnana. Scrolling through the menu we read among the first "Tacconi alla fava di Fratte Rosa". Without hesitation we order this dish. A TRUE DELIGHT! We are relaxed and satisfied. After complimenting me, I ask the kind waitress to tell me a little about the dish and, above all, about the main ingredient: Fratte Rosa bean flour. She replies that Rodolfo Rosatelli, one of the 4 farmers who keep the beans, a Slow Food presidium, who was present at dinner with his family, a very lovable person, could have told me about it better than anyone else.Beyond the beautiful and singular experience, we were able to get to know a restaurant, La Locanda Della Ravagnana, which is worth visiting. Quiet, clean, with excellent service, with welcoming and friendly staff and a truly competent and kind chef and owner of the restaurant, delicious food and a fair quality-price ratio.
